    BlueEye™ Ex-D – Description

    • The analyzer BlueEye™ Ex-D is designed for stationary applications with industry grade communication.
    • Continuous, fast response and highly accurate measurement.
    • Wide composition range (Hs: 27.52 – 50.40 MJ/m3 at 15°C/15°C).
    • Patented dynamic viscosity measurement principle combined with TCD and IR sensors.
    • Accurate Hydrogen measurement up to 30 mol% blends.
    • No OPEX and costing 1/5 of an average Gas Chromatograph.
    • ATEX and IECEx certified. OIML R140 certification in progress.
    • Application areas: Biomethane injection, Hydrogen blending, Combustion control & monitoring.
    • Plug & Play operation through Windows Interface over Modbus-USB package.
    • Reported values: Hs, Hi, WIs, ρ, ρ rel., Z, AFR, s-AFR, MN, CO2 and H2 

    The BlueEye™ Ex-D is available 4 different versions for specific accuracy and gas composition ranges:

    • BlueEye™ Extended:             Viscosity + TCD sensor
    • BlueEye™ Renewable:          Viscosity + TCD + CO2 sensors
    • BlueEye™ Hydrogen:            Viscosity + TCD sensors + H2 hardware
    • BlueEye™ Ultragreen:          Viscosity + TCD + CO2 sensors + H2 hardware
